# Consent Process

### Owner Consent

Before accessing any vehicle data, we ensure that we have the vehicle owner's explicit consent. Using information such as the [VIN](/en/vin), this consent is obtained through a clear and direct process in which the owner is informed about:

* Which data will be collected: We provide a detailed list of the vehicle data we intend to collect.
* Why we need this data: We explain how this data will be used and why it is necessary to provide our services.
* Who will have access to this data: We inform the owner which third parties this data may be shared with.
* The vehicle owner has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

### Privacy by Design

Privacy by design is a core principle in our product development process. This means we consider privacy implications at every stage of product development and implement the appropriate frameworks to protect the owner's data.

### Compliance with the LGPD

We comply with all LGPD provisions. This includes obtaining explicit consent before collecting personal data, providing clear information about our data practices, ensuring the security of the data we collect, and respecting data subjects' rights.
